If exhibition organizers are about to identify or develop potential new trade shows, they're often short of time. When they're about to initiate change (or at least realize its necessity), a neutral external perspective should be helpful. That's why I see myself as a »sparring partner« for inspiring and cooperative business relations. Beyond that I of course provide them with my own time and expertise in terms of information search or decision making.

You will hardly find aspects of the exhibition industry (be it e.g. project- or product-management, the exhibitor's side, business development, service providing, or in internal supporting functions) I have not yet fulfilled successfully. 

For your own advantage I am therefore able to focus on specific tasks without disregarding relevant surrounding aspects - which is especially helpful when dealing with M&A-projects or when evaluating new trade shows.
